We are partnered with one ofthe nation's largest contractors who work with many of America's largestretailers and corporations servicing facilities across HVAC, Electrical, andRefrigeration. The owners and senior management have been in the industry forover 25 years and have expertise in all mechanical fields. The company is verystrong financially and services thousands of locations nationwide for manymajor brands. Due to growth, we are expanding the service department andlooking to hire individuals to join the management team. This role involvesworking with the field and managing projects with Technicians across America.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule anddispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriatelocations according to customer requests, specifications & needs.
  • Arrange fornecessary emergency repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
  • Relay work orders,messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors and fieldinspectors.
  • Prepare daily workand run schedules for territories based on the accounts and regions that youare assigned to.

Requirements:

  • Previousoperations management experience
  • Experience withField Management or Service Management
  • 2 years ofexperience with in Construction Management, Mechanical/HVAC, Electrical, orOperations Management within any blue-collar industry is ideal
  • StrongCommunication skills and ability to work well with MS Office.
