- Perform Salesforce business systems analysis.
- Apply analytical processes to planning, design, and implementation of business systems.
- Meet business requirements of customer organizations.
- Perform needs analyses to define opportunities for new business process solutions.
- Conduct business process reengineering.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external customers.
- Consult with customers to identify and refine functional requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop overall functional and systems requirements.
- Prepare business cases for IT solutions.
- Ensure the integration of system components.
- Conduct performance and reliability testing of new solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure application of information security/information assurance policies to the systems analysis process.

Skills Required:
- Knowledge and experience in structured analysis principles and methods.
- Experience in systems analysis and analytical principles.
- Basic understanding of IT architecture and technical documentation methods.
- Knowledge of systems design tools and methods.
- Ability to develop requirements and specifications for systems.
- Understanding of system design standards and policies.
- Knowledge of business processes, workflows, and operations of customer organizations.
- Familiarity with business process engineering concepts and methods.
- Understanding of life cycle management concepts.
- Knowledge of internet and new IT technologies.
- Effective communication and report preparation skills.

Skills Preferred:
- Ability to facilitate requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of CRM Systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Power BI and SAS.
- Knowledge in process modelling and analysis using Visio.
- Proficiency in requirements management tool like TFS and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
- Capability in performing Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
- Skills in Full SDLC, Agile methodology, Business Analysis, Data Mapping, Rest API, QA/Testing.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of five years of experience in analytical processes on Salesforce projects.
- At least three years of experience in business systems analysis and design.

Experience Preferred:
- Experience in managing, leading, developing, and implementing a software development project end-to-end.
- Experience in requirements gathering, in-depth business analysis, functional and technical documentation, Agile Ceremonies, Azure DevOps, QA, and deployment.

Education Required: - Possession of a bachelor's degree.

Additional Information: - Conforming to a hybrid work schedule with certain days in-office and other days teleworking is required.
