Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person toprovide exceptional service and address inquiries promptly. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities by promoting ourproducts/services, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue. (Not cold calling) Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existingcustomers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services toeffectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and effectivemanner, collaborating with other departments as needed to ensure a positiveresolution. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities,and other relevant information in our CRM system. Type up sales estimates, service/installation work orders Show garage doors to customers in our showroom and use product and manufacturerknowledge to match customer with product best suited for them Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order toimprove product related sales and customer satisfaction Work in a team environment to take care of our customers Pull small parts from our warehouse for our walk in customers Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and othercommon office equipment and software Follow company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven Customer Service Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service required Sales Experience Preferred: 1 year experience in inside sales, with ademonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets preferred. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to streamlineprocesses and enhance productivity. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,Word, Power Point and Outlook).
Skills: Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapportand establish positive relationships. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the abilityto articulate product features and benefits persuasively. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and some Saturday’s 9 a.m-12 p.m.Work at local trade shows.
