This initiative holds high visibility with the Customer, involving integration of cutting-edge commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and enforcing security protocols to ensure secure, multi-party capabilities across various domain classifications.
Gathering requirements from diverse users within the Intelligence Community (IC), including mission analysts, data owners, GOTS/COTS developers, and mission data consumers and owners.
Conducting site surveys, analyzing findings, and preparing site preparation requirements and installation plans.
Building, configuring, and testing each system and hardware suite before shipment and implementation.
Creating and updating documentation, such as post-installation documentation packages, installation guides, configuration guides, user guides, test plans and procedures, technical reports, and presentation materials.
Contributing to the monitoring, sustainment, and process improvement phases as capabilities are implemented in the Production environment. Focusing on mission capabilities and Linux-based COTS applications as a Linux specialist.
Requirements:Demonstrated expertise with RHEL and CentOS Operating systems, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience in managing installation, maintenance, and support of technical infrastructures, hardware, and system software components.
