Specialty Products Operator

Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday 6am-6pm, Wednesday 6am-noon (on-site)
Job Summary:
ENTEK Specialty Products is seeking applications for a Specialty Products Operator, based at our Lebanon, Oregon location.
The Specialty Products Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of cut-to-size and lamination machines. This includes monitoring and maintaining the production equipment, troubleshooting problems, operating the glue system, loading sheet and glass into the machines, HMI, and following standard run rates to ensure consistent and efficient production of the highest quality product. The role requires regularly rotating between workstations, machines, and shifts, as needed and assigned.
The Operator measures, tests, and inspects all finished products before shipment. The Operator is completes required documentation, packages the final product according to product specification sheets, and transports to the staging area for shipment.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of production operation experience.
- Ability to understand and communicate in conversational English, including following verbal and written direction.
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret most documents.
- Experience with solving practical problems.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- Satisfactory results from a fit-for-duty screen and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Production operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
