POSITION SUMMARY:
The Junior Estimator is an entry-level position that will be apart of a dynamic group of Landscape Construction Estimators, timely and accurately generating estimates and preparing bids and presentations for our clients

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee multiple large-scale residential estimates and bids
• Ensure company financial and schedule standards are properly planned for
• Perform quantity takeoffs from project plans to determine material and resource needs
• Identify and assess potential risks to project costs and schedules
• Create positive relationships with vendors and subcontractors to gather competitive quotes and negotiate as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a relevant position or internship
• Coursework in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field preferred
• Aptitude for technology- willing and able to learn new software, with preference for experience in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Onscreen Takeoff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ambitious and dedicated to advancing the landscape profession

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
• Competitive salary based on experience: Starts at $75,000

LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Location: Medway, MA
• Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate before starting work
• Driver's license required
