Corporate Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrator to join our team at R.P. Marzilli & Company in Medway, MA.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, training, and program management, as well as claim management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and renew certifications and licenses
• Collaborate with personnel to obtain necessary documentation
• Support onboarding activities for new hires
• Facilitate and document weekly toolbox talks
• Manage claims, draft incident reports, and maintain OSHA logs
• Administer driving verification and owner/subcontractor contracts
• Manage calendars, emails, and meetings
• Document workflows and improve processes
• Ensure the integrity of shared directories and files

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management software
• Recent contract administration experience
• Desire to advance the landscape profession
