JOB TITLE: Territory Manager - National

REPORTS TO: Jordan Zommick

JOB SCOPE:

BrainStim Centers, Inc. The premiere TMS Brain Health Center of Los Angeles, owned and operated by Dr. Mark Liker, is looking for a motivated professional to serve as a National Territory Manager. This role will be the face of Brainstim Centers and must be a strong leader, experienced, professional and driven as they expand the company’s reach. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, strong drive and sense of urgency, and attention to detail will be essential skills. We are looking for an initiator with excellent follow-through and a deep understanding of market dynamics and relationship management. Experience working with attorneys is required.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each major duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Skilled in researching community opportunities and clearly reporting data on strong potential new locations
  • Develops and executes effective sales strategies that swiftly expand the reach of Brainstim Centers
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities with law firms and stakeholders
  • Responsible for initiating new affiliate relationships with attorneys as well as maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong collaborator who contributes actionable plans, sets and meets goals, provides tangible and timely results
  • Monitors and reports on market trends, identifies new opportunities
  • Prepares and presents data and analytics to senior management
  • Develops referral network, attends conferences
  • Exceptional communication from start to finish; ability to handle curveballs and thoughtfully redirect conversations when necessary
  • Manages national sales budget responsibly, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Exceptional resolution skills, addresses any client issues immediately
  • Able to clearly outline medical procedures and protocols to attorneys, and physicians if necessary
  • Technical skills and comprehensive notetaking of all activities a must
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical guidelines
  • Understands and can describe medical research, as well as financial details
  • Participates in team meetings and provides client feedback

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, establishes rapport with diverse individuals
  • Self-starter with high EQ
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrates best practices for healthcare offices
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to work effectively with others
  • Comfortable with medical, neurological, and psychiatric terminology
  • Collaborative in nature. Able to work well with coworkers and physicians as a team
  • Demonstrates creativity and flexibility in all aspects of job
  • Problem solver, and technically proficient

SUPERVISORY ABILITIES:

  • No direct reports

EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
  • 5+years in sales
  • Experience working with attorneys is a must
  • Legal education is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Knowledge of mental health disorders and familiar with various treatment modalities
  • Spanish skills are desirable

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and moving
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
  • This is a road warrior role and requires much driving and field time
  • Position may be remote but preference is for Southern California residents

  • Exempt, 80 to 130k base plus significant bonus opportunity (Base dependent on location of applicant and experience)
