We need a leader who understands their role and gets the job done. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. They are deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality. This person has focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding factor of their behavior is persistence and stability.
Compensation:
- $23-$25+ an hour
- Bonus
- 15-20+ hours a week
$23 - $25+ hourly varies on experience
Responsibilities:- Organize the day-to-day of the office
- Maintain customer care systems to ensure business growth and referrals from past, current, and future clients
- Help build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- Help create and maintain employee onboarding systems
- Help recruit agents to join the team
- Maintain the books, pay the bills, handle payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generate financial reports
- Oversee all contracts through closing
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Track and review goals weekly
- Keep Track of Geo Farm and Niche Farm Marketing
- Work hand in hand with Broker to help oversee and manage sales/office
- Previous Real Estate Team Experience
- Real Estate License Preferred
- Worked as Operations Manager In The Past
- Proficient with Follow Up Boss, Skyslope, Zip Forms, Accounting Programs, Excel, Microsoft, Word, Adobe, Etc
- Are knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs) and have the technical aptitude to learn new systems.
- A great conversationalist and email writer, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
- Able to create and manage a detailed budget.
- Bachelor's degree or graduation from a two-year college program in a related discipline is preferred, but not required.
- Social Media savvy (IG, TikTok, etc.)
- Flexible Schedule in case needed on weekends
- Proficiency using MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Preferred
- A constant drive to improve the experience of our users and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
