Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory:
Collaborate with clients to understand their investment goals, challenges, and strategic priorities.
Provide expert advice on Investment Management functions and process flows.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
Strategic Planning:
Assist clients in developing and implementing long-term investment strategies and business plans.
Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with client stakeholders.
Support the development of new investment products and services.
Performance Optimization:
Analyse and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Recommend and implement enhancements across the value chain to processes, tools, and methodologies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders across technology and business stakeholders.
Communicate complex strategies clearly and effectively.
Provide advisory support to client teams on strategic initiatives and best practices.
Domain Expertise Required:
Financial Markets and Investment Management: Comprehensive knowledge of global financial markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments. Understanding of market dynamics, trading lifecycle and front, middle and back-office processing best practices.
Technology and Innovation: Strong technology and data management technology, best practices, and innovation advancements in investment management, focused on data management, reporting, operational design, and CRM
