The kind of person we're looking for:

Paytronix is looking for a self-directed, confident person to manage the implementation of our SaaS products. In this role, you are part of the Client Services department and are an important first connection to our clients. You are responsible for guiding new clients from the moment they sign to the moment they launch on our platform. You will drive client facing projects and consult with groups within Paytronix in a highly collaborative environment. The kind of stuff you'll be doing:

  • Leading client deployments
  • Building rapport and relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
  • Gathering detailed client requirements
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinating client and internal resources
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Seek feedback from clients to assess engagement and satisfaction levels; take corrective action as needed
  • Managing project progress and adapting work as required
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Working with the Paytronix product and engineering teams on feature requests and product delivery
  • Communicating with internal and external project stakeholders in person, over the phone and through email
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Traveling less than 5-10% of the time

The kind of skills/experience you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT project management
  • A BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Business Administration or similar discipline
  • Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Remarkable customer relationship, presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in MSOffice Suite, SalesForce, JIRA, Confluence

The extra stuff that would be nice:

  • Experience with Financial Force
  • Knowledge of software development and testing
  • Experience in the restaurant industry and/or with point-of-sales systems
  • PMP certification
  • IT networking experience
