With a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $170,000/year, plus a company vehicle, phone, and performance-based bonuses, this position offers both challenge and reward.

As a Service Technician Manager, your day will be focused on managing our field technicians, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring service excellence. You will train new technicians, guiding them to meet our high standards of performance. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust. Your leadership and expertise will drive our team's efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to our overall success. In order to do this, you need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a service technician in HVAC, refrigeration, food service equipment, electric, or plumbing
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to train and mentor new team members effectively
