Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current HR practices, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and recommend HR strategies and solutions for recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and performance optimization.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and HR competencies.
  • Work closely with organizational leaders to understand HR needs, provide recommendations, and support the execution of HR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources consulting, HR management, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
