Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze current HR practices, policies, and programs within healthcare organizations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and recommend HR strategies and solutions to enhance recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare administrators and HR teams to address HR challenges and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation management.
  • Advise on compliance with healthcare HR regulations, including labor laws, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve HR practices and employee skills, including onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations on HR assessments, recommendations, and project progress.
  • Provide guidance on HR technology and tools to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay current with developments in HR practices, healthcare industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR consulting or a similar HR role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex HR information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
