OBJECTIVE:  
Handle each customer experience to ensure Bardi provides a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee while being the voice of our customers within the business. 

DUTIES: 

  • Be the point person for all customer issues and resolve in a timely manner 

  • Listen to calls 

  • Follow up with happy calls 

  • Follow up with customer concerns and complaints 

  • Reply to all Reviews (positive & negative)

  • Nextdoor

  • Facebook 

  • Reach out to all customers with happy, neutral, and negative faces from PulseM  

  • Review CSR Forms (Customer Complaint Calls) 

  • Communicate with multiple department managers/directors 

  • Review Customer Account in Service Titan for Follow-up 

  • Handle Damages with Third-Party Vendors 

  • Track concerns in detail 

  • Report common threads of good and poor experience  

SKILLS: 

  • Ability to empathize with people and listen to concerns 

  • Collecting facts about jobs/experiences with attention to detail 

  • Problem-solving while being optimistic and enthusiastic 

  • Strong verbal and written communication 

  • Self-motivated who enjoys a challenge 

  • Ability to navigate ServiceTitan or learn to be proficient in customer profiles
