Job Responsibilities:

Social Platform and Audience Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities within the social media landscape.
  • Utilize audience segmentation techniques to understand client demographics and preferences across various social platforms.
  • Monitor platform updates and algorithm changes to inform strategy development and optimization.
  • Identify emerging social media platforms and trends to explore new opportunities for client engagement.

Culture Trend Mining:

  • Stay abreast of cultural trends, industry news, and relevant topics to inform content strategy and campaign ideation.
  • Monitor conversations and sentiment within online communities to identify relevant themes and opportunities for client engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop content that resonates with current cultural trends and conversations.
  • Leverage cultural insights to create authentic and impactful content that connects with target audiences.

Influencer Briefings:

  • Identify and vet potential influencers and brand advocates for client campaigns.
  • Develop influencer briefs outlining campaign objectives, messaging guidelines, and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and managing ongoing collaborations.
  • Provide guidance and support to influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand values. 

Social Content Concepting:

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative content concepts and campaign ideas.
  • Develop comprehensive content calendars and campaign plans aligned with client objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to translate concepts into compelling visual and written content for social channels.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all social media channels and content types.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of social media and content initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Generate regular reports summarizing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients, demonstrating the impact of social and content strategies on business objectives.

Social Activations Oversight:

  • Oversee the execution of social activations and campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and external partners, to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Provide guidance and direction to social media managers and content creators, ensuring quality and consistency of content delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making adjustments as needed to optimize results and maximize impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or content creation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Deep knowledge of current social social trends and how to optimize content for engagement
  • Experience and understanding of content production best practices and creative guidelines
  • Exceptional editorial and creative development skills, and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of audience needs and demonstrated ability to advance goals and messages through specific communications plans
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing is a plus
  • Experience in the tech or startup industry is a plus
