Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTitle: Ministry Care CoordinatorReporting Relationship: This position will report to the Director of MinistryJob Brief: We are looking for a compassionate, empathetic individual passionate about using their gifts to love and serve others. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, discerning, trustworthy, willing to travel on occasion, a great problem solver, and an excellent communicator. They will be responsible for coordinating small-scale events, creating care packages, and ministering to others. They will ensure the MVP (Most Vulnerable People) the Lord has called us to serve feel loved, seen, and valued.Responsibilities:· Review and respond to incoming requests for our W15H and Brighter Day ministries.· Make recommendations to the Director of Ministry regarding incoming requests for our W15H and Brighter Day ministries.· Coordinate and communicate with other wish-granting organizations regarding any incoming requests.· Assist as needed with preparation and follow-up for W15H weekends and Brighter Day experiences.· Travel with or on behalf of TTF to host W15H weekends (typically taking place on weekends during the fall) and Brighter Day experiences, as needed.· Assist with planning and organizing the W15H portion of our annual Celebrity Gala & Golf Classic.· Create thoughtful care packages for our W15H, Brighter Day, and Adoption Aid families.· Create and maintain an internal system for sharing W15H, Brighter Day, and Adoption Aid updates internally.· Coordinate and organize opportunities for TTF staff to serve in the community.· Support with ordering and preparing meaningful gifts for travel, events, and conferences related to ministry.· Assist with coordinating and organizing in-office celebrations related to ministry.· Assist with other administrative duties, as needed.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in service-related field, preferred.· Extremely detail oriented and organized.· Experience working with and relating to children.· High level of empathy and care for others.· Trauma informed, preferred.· Excellent critical-thinking skills.· Team player.· Proficient in MS office.
