Clinical Wound Care Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Wound Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and coordination of wound care services, collaborate with clinical teams, lead educational efforts, and stay updated on the latest wound care techniques and advancements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of wound care experience and possess effective communication and decision-making skills.

  • License/Certification: RN, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required for acute rehab hospitals; RN required for long-term acute care hospitals. CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Education & Experience: Minimum one year of wound care experience is required. Continuous education in wound care through seminars/professional organizations is necessary.
  • Skills: Effective communication, decision-making, and the ability to work autonomously.
