  3. Quality Control: Champion rigorous quality control processes, documenting and sharing best practices to enhance project outcomes.
  4. Technical Support: Provide exceptional technical support, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
  5. Training Programs: Design and conduct Revit/CAD training programs for users at all skill levels to enhance team capabilities.
  6. IT Collaboration: Work with the IT Manager to identify budget needs and technological advancements for robust Revit/CAD systems.
  7. Industry Research: Stay at the forefront of industry developments, incorporating the latest tools and skills into team practices.
  8. Strategic Reporting: Report quarterly to Principals on team achievements, challenges, and future needs, providing strategic insights.


Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Associate degree, trade school completion, or equivalent formal education in a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: 5+ years in the AEC industry with 2+ years in a BIM/CAD Manager role, ideally with municipal project experience.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D; proven ability to provide effective training and support.
  4. Additional Expertise: Familiarity with LISP/VBA/ARX programming and 3D software (SketchUp, Navisworks) is advantageous.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of network technologies (Microsoft) and experience with government standards (OSHPD, DSA, LADBS).
