Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in identifying their insurance needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Farmers Insurance products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Community involvement and networking.
  • Update client records and policy information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications.
  • Already or willing to obtain necessary state insurance licenses within a specified time frame.
