COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Window Gang is a professional exterior cleaning solutions company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the Fort Worth area. We have been the number one window cleaning company for 5 years in a row.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an outgoing and professional Customer Service Administrator/ Sales representative to join our growing team. In this role, youll manage the day-to-day office duties including handling customer inquiries by phone, email and text, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to the team, outbound sales calls to prospective and current clients and ensuring accuracy and completeness of all Customer Service Management data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The overall strategic intent of this role is to drive profitability and revenue by creating an excellent
customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a sales and service mindset to all tasks. This role
requires a person who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is detail-oriented with
high accuracy, is able to build and follow systems, is able to work independently, manages time well
and is proficient with general office technology and software.

Specific tasks include:
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Following up with previous customers and previous estimates to generate business
  • Effective communication with customers and teammates about the project
  • Job scheduling and confirmation
  • Assist with writing detailed estimates and equipment/materials lists for each project
  • Monitoring and actioning feedback from clients, business partners, and suppliers
  • Problem solving and thinking critically to handle customer complaints and make effective decisions that best reflect the company
  • Invoicing & processing payments
  • Monitoring and collecting accounts receivables in timely manner
  • Collection and organization of employee and subcontractor documentation
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/sales and office administrative duties preferred
  • Passion for delivering world-class customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Effective time management skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in Google Suite
