We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Therapist to join our team at our Burlington, Massachusetts, location.

Full-time clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week. Additional days on-site are required. Must commit to two evenings per week.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $106,400 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Experience with couples or family counseling.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.
