This position offers clinicians the chance to collaborate with leaders in child development and enhance their clinical expertise across various disciplines by working alongside master practitioners in neurological, sensorimotor, communication, and behavioral therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct counseling services to families, couples, and children (including patients, their parents, and/or siblings).
  • Employing therapeutic methods that integrate a variety of disciplines, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. This may encompass Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Collaborative Therapy, among others.
  • Fostering relational ethics while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and the families we serve. Actively engaging with team members to ensure comprehensive support for families and the sharing of insights and information.
  • Participating in family care meetings with other service providers.
  • Adhering to clinic policies and all relevant state, federal, and licensing board regulations by promoting practices that comply with standards of care and ethical guidelines, including confidentiality and mandated reporting.
  • Supporting adherence to organizational standards and policies among team members.
  • Maintaining documentation and communication in accordance with legal, ethical, and company standards.
  • Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds as required.
  • Possessing knowledge of HIPAA regulations to protect patient information.

  • Hold a master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
  • Possess a current unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) in the state of employment.
  • Are well-versed in a range of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches, including cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client care and utilizing client feedback to enhance services.
  • Exhibit an open-minded attitude and a desire to learn from other professional disciplines and local knowledge of colleagues and families served.
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.

The base pay range for this position is $41.78 to $52.22 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on your skill level, relevant experience, education, and location.
