Join Our Team: Debt Collectors Wanted

Were seeking 3rd Party Collection Agents to join our dynamic and growing team.

Experience Required:


  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Debt Collections or equal experience with negotiations, cold calling and sales.
  • Experience with consumer communications via email and outbound calls.
Role and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure compliance with FDCPA and Reg F regulations.
  • Facilitate 150+ outbound calls daily.
  • Analyze account details, instruct consumers on payment plans, and negotiate settlements professionally.
  • Utilize innovative approaches to optimize collection efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and organized account records.
  • Utilize email and text communication features effectively.
Qualifications:


  • In-depth knowledge of collections practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly and yearly collection goals.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in call centers, customer service, and cold calling.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and data analysis capabilities.
  • Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and dedicated to upholding company professionalism.
