Job Description:

The Clinical Director (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is responsible for clinical/behavioral consultation to the residential, day habilitation, and family support programs. The Clinical Director is responsible for developing, implementing, training staff, and monitoring behavior plans/guidelines as well as assisting managers and Registered Nurse in coordinating complex medical care.

Salary: $100,000 with $5,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-5p

Clinical Director Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide supervision to BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Collaborate with staff and families in order to develop and implement behavior plans; Assist in training Program Directors, families, and DSPs on the behavior plans.
  • Develop and provide services in accordance with Charles River Center vision, mission and core values; Ensure that standards, regulations, and requirements of stakeholders.
  • Attend agency Human Rights Committee meetings.
  • Train staff in non-violent crisis prevention techniques and legal restraint trainings.

Qualifications Required:

  • Master’s or higher degree in human services or related field,
  • BCBA licensure with 7+ years of experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation
