Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist policyholders with their inquiries, changes, and claims, providing accurate and timely information and solutions.
Policy Knowledge: Understand various insurance policies and coverage options to effectively address client needs and concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, with a focus on finding satisfactory resolutions.
Customer Education: Educate clients on insurance products, services, and coverage options to help them make informed decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the overall goals of the insurance agency.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and provide effective solutions.Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance policies and industry practices.Availability: Able to work on-site at our office location in Calvert City, Kentucky. License preferred but willing to pay. Agency will pay at 100%.
