WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking a dedicated Contract Manager/Office Engineer to join our Construction Management and Inspection team. In this role, you will assist the Resident Engineer with various construction project management tasks and contribute to impactful highway and bridge projects. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to be part of a team that makes a tangible impact on transportation infrastructure, we want to hear from you. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Input contracts, add and close tasks, and provide technical assistance in eMCMS (an electronic inspector daily report system)
•Provide design engineers with weekly status report to confirm tasks are on time and within budget
•Update and maintain worklist logs
•Review and approve inspector daily reports daily
•Submit and file permits
•Log shop drawings and coordinate with design team for approval
•Maintain payroll documents
•Prepare monthly payment estimates

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
•Experience in engineering, construction technology, business, or any related fields
•Experience documenting construction progress on bridge and structural projects
•Proficiency with eMCMS
