Job Purpose: Serve as a key member of the project management team, supporting the respective department Sr. HR Manager. Taking a pro-active approach to executing and completing company projects and tasks using independent judgement and decision-making skills.


Pay: $60-$70K | Shift: TBD


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization s research, development, and project implementation efforts.
  • Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
  • Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outlines the tasks involved in a project and delegates accordingly.
  • Addresses project questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Ensuring HR Compliance policies are being followed nationwide
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices nationwide.
  • Update project plans as needed to include contact with those responsible for the various needs of each project.
  • Assisting and supporting with all open orders nationwide
  • Ensuring all project updates are being sent on a timely manner for all HR Champions
  • Support with reviewing and training an all submittal for Promotions/Replacements for the teams in all Service Centers
  • Tracking all Submittals, Replacements, Promotions for all DC s
  • Assist with Investigations, Councils and File Audits for all the Service Centers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Travel based on business needs and/or project requirements


Education and/or Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years related experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills required; i.E., MS Office, Excel
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce
