HousePro, a leading residential HVAC contractor in Houston, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative at HousePro, you will play a key role in generating new business and cultivating relationships with our existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and discuss our HVAC products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our HVAC solutions and help them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software

We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, comprehensive training, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and products is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Benefits

35k - 75 including commission
