Position Summary:


The Inside Sales Representative at Octagos Health will play a key role in driving sales efforts and managing customer relationships. This position involves actively engaging with potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales while also taking on responsibilities related to CRM administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, with the ability to manage and optimize our CRM system to support our sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Inside Sales (75%):

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other sales activities.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.

  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow ups and consistent communication.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in depth knowledge of Octagos Health’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and performance against targets.


CRM Administration (25%):

  • System Management: Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and uptodate customer information.

  • Data Entry & Management: Input and manage sales data, including leads, contacts, and opportunities, ensuring data integrity.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights into sales trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to CRM processes to enhance efficiency and support sales efforts.

  • User Support: Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors, with some experience in CRM administration.

  • Location: This is an office based position located in Houston, Texas.

Skills:

  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
