This is a REMOTE opportunity. Only considering applicants who reside in a state that we currently support (NJ, CT, PA, MD, VA, WV, NC, and GA). Some regional travel will be required for meetings and hiring events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver full lifecycle recruiting for assigned regions/locations/lines of business.
  • Create Job Postings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and post positions to external job boards as appropriate.
  • Meet regularly with hiring managers to go over open jobs, provide/receive feedback, and assist in creating proactive workforce planning.
  • Actively Source, Screen, Evaluate and Prepare candidates for interviews with hiring manager(s). Work to receive interview feedback, and make recommendations on candidate next steps.
  • Prepare and deliver verbal offers to prospective new Associates. Create offer letters for both internal and external candidates, and initiate pre-hire/background processes.
  • Work with Human Resources team to Initiate and track background checks; ensuring all Pre-Hire checks are completed prior to the new hire’s start date.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire candidate lifecycle through frequent communication. Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for all candidate and hiring manager inquiries.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance through properly maintaining HR records in accordance with company policy; as well as with all federal, state and local employment laws
  • Participate in (and travel to) industry events and conferences to build talent pipelines.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, and recruitment standards.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on the process, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Measure success through the tracking of recruiting metrics including (but not limited to):
    • Number of Monthly Hires
    • Time to Fill
    • Customer Satisfaction
    • Diversity of candidate slates
    • ATS Accuracy
    • 3rd Party/Contingent Staffing spend

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum 2 years of hands-on professional experience in a full lifecycle Recruiting or HR role.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed for recruiting events and other corporate meetings.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Desired:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of external job boards (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is desired.
  • Prior experience in Healthcare/Behavioral Health industry is ideal.
