Requirements
Skills Required:
•Electrical Engineering background
•Licensed Electrician or Electrical Technician
•Experience in supporting automated equipment
•Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis
•Proficient in Microsoft applications for documentation
•Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
•Robust safety background
•Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
•Respond promptly to production and quality area issues
•Effectively troubleshoot automation issues
•Collaborate with the Engineering Maintenance Team to identify and address root causes of reported issues
•Escalate unresolved issues to the site Automation Team or Engineering
•Replace or swap relevant IT equipment (PCs, network devices, printers) to resolve issues
•Document reported issues, including time of occurrence, details, and triage performed
•Provide regular reports to the next shift and management

•IT equipment supporting Production
•Label Printers & Scanners
