Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our stone fabrication and installation operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a focus on quality control, efficiency, and team leadership. The Production Manager will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Manage and oversee the entire production process, from material procurement to final installation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team, including fabricators, installers, and other support staff.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of all projects.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure all products meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the stone fabrication or construction industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse production team.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of stone fabrication processes, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Quality Focus: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in production management software, CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Drivers License: Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
