We are hiring a Principal Technical Assistant for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description:

  • Contribute fully to the organization's strategic aims and objectives, promote the values and promote a positive culture based on those values.
  • Seek ways to improve the standard of work and best value on Software repairs, and adaptations.
  • Contribute to the compilation and maintenance of the Agency's Approved Supervisors list.
    Maintain client confidentiality, adhere to Data Protection legislation and respond to safeguarding concerns.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation and guidance with regard to program adaptations and CDM legislation, attending relevant training courses.
  • Work with other staff and the CEO to develop the Agencies procedures and policies.
  • Work with the Chief Executive and wider team to promote the work of Upkeep & Restoration Programs.
  • Work in accordance with health and safety at work practices at all times.
  • Clerical duties for payments dept includes filing, scanning, copying, checking interoffice and out of office mail daily; verifying and reviewing all incoming HAP checks for HCV Program/Housing; maintaining historical records and request forms such as check tracers, manual payment requests and recoupments by scanning/uploading into Housing Pro system and keeping organized file folders for original copies and keeping accurate and updated data on spreadsheets; assisting portability and payments unit with other office related duties when needed; answering and returning customer service calls; assisting with providing updates to Field Offices when needed..

Work hours:

  • Clerical duties (1 Hr. unpaid lunch).
