- Work in accordance with health and safety at work practices at all times.
- Clerical duties for payments dept include filing, scanning, copying, checking interoffice and out of office mail daily.
- Verifying and reviewing all incoming checks for Program/Housing.
- Maintaining historical records and request forms such as check tracers, manual payment requests and recoupments by scanning/uploading into Housing Pro system and keeping organized file folders for original copies and keeping accurate and updated data on spreadsheets.
- Assisting portability and payments unit with other office related duties when needed.
- Answering and returning customer service calls; assisting with providing updates to Field Offices when needed.
