We are looking for a full time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team to float between Dublin and Gahanna Ohio Low T Centers

Responsibilities:
- Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care, Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
- Perform venipuncture, Perform and monitor therapeutic phlebotomies.
- Administer IM injections
- Assist with EKGs
- Take manual vitals and perform related supervised functions
- Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory, Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Requirements:
- Training and state of Ohio licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered and undisciplined)
- High School Diploma
- Pass criminal Background check
- Be willing to float between Dublin and Gahanna Clinics
Hours of operation: M- 8-5, Tu 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5 and 2-3 Sat 8a-12pm (Rotating Saturdays and have a weekday off when working Saturday)
