Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care, services, and health education to residents.
- Supervise the care provided by LPNs, STNAs, and other team members.
- Administer safe and precise medication-related interventions.
- Assess resident health and communicate changes to the physician; implement new orders promptly.
- Develop and execute care plans based on assessments.
- Choose and apply appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
- Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification required.
