We are seeking to hire a Float LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse - Full-Time Day or Night Shift Available
Registered Nurse - RN or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Long-Term Care.
- Must be able to read, write, speak English language.
Registered Nurse - RN or LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:
- Record resident's medical history accurately.
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Observe residents to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Monitor resident's condition including fluid intake and output and compose resident charts.
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, clean and dress wounds and other basic medical care tasks.
- Communicate with resident's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions.
