  The Office Clerk at This Is Voice will support office operations by performing a variety of clerical tasks. This includes handling administrative duties, maintaining files, and assisting other departments as needed.

Salary: $4,350 to $5,150 per month




Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain and update filing systems.
  • Process and distribute mail.
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping.
  • Prepare documents and reports as requested.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
