Job Description  We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will also collaborate with different teams to create engaging content and monitor the performance of our social media campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media, is up-to-date with the latest trends, and has experience in content creation and community management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute the company's social media strategy, including planning, posting, and analyzing content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand objectives and target audience
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visually appealing and attention-grabbing social media assets
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytical tools to identify key trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content and maximize reach
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional campaigns


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across different teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing trends and work in a fast-paced environment
