Job Summary:
Klick Lewis, a reputable and established automotive dealership in Palmyra, Pennsylvania, is seeking a skilled and experienced Car Detailing Specialist/Recon Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position that involves performing various tasks that include cleaning vehicles according to the needs of our customers by performing detailed inspections, washing, and buffing to restore the appearance of the vehicle to company standards.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.


Responsibilities:

  • - Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior 
  • - Keep work area clean and organized, including tools, equipment, and parts inventory
  • - Apply polishing, waxing, and protective coatings to enhance the appearance of vehicles
  • - Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces
  • - Clean and dress tires, wheels, and exterior to maintain a polished look
  • - Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding vehicle repairs, customer concerns, and inventory needs
  • - Adhere to all safety and environmental standards and regulations set by the dealership and industry



Requirements:

  • - High school diploma or equivalent
  • - Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • - Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills
  • - Availability to work weekends and holidays
