Qualifications

  • Required Education High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Experience working in student support, academic advising, or the Registrar's Office is preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to act in a professional manner in person, on the phone, and in written communication
  • Attention to detail and think critically
  • Ability to maintain a neat / clean professional appearance
  • Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and courteous when performing all duties
  • Willingness to adapt to changing assignments, multiple priorities, and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Accurately evaluate a high volume of transcripts for transferability of credits
  • Assist in maintaining student records.
  • Assist in inputting data into the student information system.
  • Represent the registrar's office and provide quality services for students on campus
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

This is a campus position located in Boynton Beach, FL
