This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and longevity of HVAC systems. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping HVAC systems running smoothly, we would love to have you on our team.


Responsibilities
  • Inspect HVAC systems and determine the appropriate filter replacement needs
  • Remove and replace HVAC filters according to manufacturer specifications
  • Clean and maintain reusable filters
  • Ensure proper disposal of used filters
  • Inspect and clean filter housing and related components
  • Document filter replacement and maintenance activities
  • Respond to service calls and provide filter service in a timely manner
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns

Requirements

  • Prior experience in HVAC filter service preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and filters
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy HVAC filters
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
