Role: Technical Implementation Manager

Location: Chicago - Hybrid working

Hours: 8:45am – 5:15pm Monday-Friday (Flexibility to have contact with Australian team one day a week)

Package: $57,000 basic + $63,350 OTE

The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within PHMG's Technical Implementation department, ensuring that all team members perform their tasks efficiently and effectively. This role involves strategic planning, goal setting, and implementing and following processes and procedures to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. The Manager will also play a key role in customer and stakeholder relations budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.

What you will do:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Technical Implementation professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Create a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address any concerns.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Agree and set clear performance expectations and goals for team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on departmental performance to senior management.

What we are looking for:

  • A proven track record working in a Managerial, Team Lead or Supervisory type of role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience speaking with external clients and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships a partner.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical information.
  • Someone coming from an IT, Telephony, Telecommunications or Tech space would be beneficial.
