Compensation:$100,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Attending weekly and monthly in-person meetings and training
- Be a team player
- Abide by all state and local laws including the Fair Housing Act
- Treat all customers, vendors, and real estate agents with professionalism and kindness
- Participate in community events with teammates
- Stay curious with a growth mindset
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- A current valid FL Real Estate license is required
