Your Role as an Retail Sales Specialist:
In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of our specialty retail shop, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through engaging experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Understand customer needs, provide personalized assistance, and handle inquiries.
- Sales Excellence: Create quotes, drive sales, and contribute to store goals.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with our skilled in-house technicians to sell and schedule repair services, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Manage inventory and maintain an appealing store environment.
- Development for the future: Participate in training and development to become an expert in the field, capable of progressing for future roles with the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour - (Based on Experience and Performance)

Training for Excellence:

All you need is a background in customer service and sales, plus a strong desire to learn. Our three-month paid training program blends hands-on, online, and real-time activities to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel.
What We're Looking For:
- Interest in technology and a desire to become an expert.
- Passion for helping people and advocating for customers.
- Availability for a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Basic math skills, technical proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
- 2-3+ years of sales/customer service experience preferred, but passion and teamwork are key.
