This role will be Hybrid out of our Lexington, South Carolina office.


The Role


Reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office, the Training Specialist is a pivotal role that ensures our clients are thoroughly trained and well-supported. In this role, you will manage and deliver comprehensive training programs for both new and existing clients. You will design and implement training initiatives that enhance product knowledge, service delivery, and overall client experience.


As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with various teams to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that drive business outcomes. This role requires a keen understanding of training methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.


What You'll Do


  • Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs using various formats, including in-person and virtual.
  • Ongoing Training: Provide ongoing training and education for new and existing clients on products, processes, and best practices.
  • Client Training: Coordinate and deliver on-site and remote training events and programs for clients, ensuring they can effectively use our products and services.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Conduct regular call listening and provide feedback for all teams. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making necessary improvements.
  • Documentation Management: Manage our Help Center/client-facing documentation and internal Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Project Management: Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.


What You'll Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development within the technology or software sector
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with various training platforms and tools, and video editing software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to design visually appealing and educationally effective training materials
  • Creative problem solver with a flexible and teachable mindset
  • A people person who enjoys making connections and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master new software and systems
