Position: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Nashua, NH
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Responsibilities:
- Process employment record changes related to new hires, terminations, and job assignments into various systems
- Provide systems related support for benefits administration, FMLA, employment changes, and payroll
- Maintain employment records, assuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
- Assist with additional Human Resource projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Human Resources, focus on payroll is preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience with an HRIS is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task and show a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
