Sarah Nelson – Allstate Agency, located in Bedford, TX, has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Professional. We are seeking someone with a great attitude, outgoing personality, who 'never meets a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task and close deals. Insurance experience is not required we will train the right person with the right personality


A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position, but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks. You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.


This is NOT a remote position, please only apply if you can come into our local office.


Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Generate insurance quotes, and close sales.
  • Ability to source existing and new customers for new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.


Qualifications

  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Able to influence others.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual
