A Horne HVAC Repair Technician is responsible for assisting the Service team in completing repairs on HVAC components and systems, duct systems, water heaters, and water filtration systems. Our Repair Technicians are eligible to perform maintenance visits and run warranty calls as needed with the goal to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
  • Desire and commitment to learning and improve
  • Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, heights, and outdoors throughout the year
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make independent decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of residential plumbing service experience
  • 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
  • Possess or acquire all needed tools
  • Universal EPA
  • Service Titan experience
